This product looks great. However, according to VIKING, you must remove it when you are using the burners adjacent to it. It also has a protective film which scratches easily. This protective film can be removed with alcohol as per VIKING.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!! I ALWAYS WANTED TO USE MY GRILL/GRIDDLES BUT HATED THE LOOK OF WORN OUT APPLIANCES. NOW I CAN USE THEM, CLEAN THEM, AND COVER THEM!!! PERFECT!!!
