very assessable, built right into island. Husband uses stove, I use grill/griddle. We bought an extra
griddle just in case. (I am an just in case person)

So far I have only used it for pancakes and sausage but I'm very satisfied with the non-stick properties. My food was perfectly browned and evenly cooked. Fast and easy clean-up is another plus for this product. I'm extremely satisfied with it.
