Comments about Zojirushi Induction Heating System Cooker / Warmer:

I have had this cooker for about 3 weeks now and I've been putting it through it's paces. It has done a very good job with everything I've thrown at it. I bought this because I've never had a rice cooker and my fiancee is moving to the states soon from vietnam, where rice is a staple of almost every meal. I've had plenty of rice at vietnamese restaurants and in Vietnamese homes (in both the US and Vietnam) cooking rice per the instructions that come with the unit produces rice that is a little bit different in texture than what I'm used to (using Jasmine rice) but I'm continuing to play with the "fine tuning" of how to cook the perfect rice. I am VERY impressed with the "keep warm" setting. It is phenominal. All and all it's a very easy-yo-use cooker.
