I like the ease of use and the way the waffles cook and come out of the baker. The only thing that is a little difficult is judging the batter so that you have enough but not so much that it oozes out the sides.

ALthough this product appeared to be high end , it did break after the first use. The locking mechanism did not work properly and bent after the first initial use. I was very disappointed with this product although I did like the waffles it made.
Planning on return defective item for a new one just to seee if it was a defective unit.
