The buttons are too close together and small. I got this as a gift for my mom and she is having a real problem using it even though it is a newer version then the one she used to have. Sharp has made the newer one with the buttons closer together and smaller.
Also the buttons seem to have to be pressed harder to get it to go.

I purchased this mircrowave for few years and it still working fine. It met my expectation as for daily use. It's easy to clean and there is no assemble necessary. You just open the box and plug the powercord and it's ready to use.

There is one thing that you have to be aware of. DO NOT use dishwasher detergent to wash this microwave. One time I did that and the interior of the microwave smelled for 2 days. The best way to clean it is warm water and a little soap. It would do a good job for cleaning.
