This microwave has been great. The Inverter technology does a wonderful job defrosting frozen foods. The Auto Features make cooking a variety of foods a "no-brainer". My wife was very skeptical about buying a microwave online, but I did my homework, and she admits we got a terrific microwave at a great price.
