I love this Oven I bought one for myself and I used it for two weeks and decided to buy one for my brother and have it shipped to him I bought these two from Taylor Gifts. I had promised my neice one for Christmas and it was back ordered and she wanted mine so Iwould just wait for the other to come. Well it came and it was a bad imiataion to the new wave something called Morning it wasd terrible I shipped it back and they sent me a replacement same one I sent back. I had had it with this company so I searched the web and found this company and finally got my Nu Wave Oven, I use it every day my neice said she ate out most of the time after work because you always have to defrost something. With the Nu Wave Put it in right from the freezer and I have never tasted food this good and it is healthy too. I would pay twice as much for this oven I love it and the company is really great as well no problems at all. I am still trying to get a credit from the two ovens I sent back to Taylor.

GREAT FOR BROILING MEAT AND ROASTING
VEGETABLES, BUT THE MANUALS DIRECTIONS FOR THE BASIC MODEL(REGARDING COOKING TIMES AND TEMPERATURES ARE UNCLEAR AND POSSIBLY DANGEROUS. PROOFREAD OR PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE WITH OVER OR UNDER COOKED FOOD. I MONITOR THE COOKING WITH A FLASHLIGHT FOR SAFETY.

I cooked a 10 pound ham and onced cooked, it was real moist and tender inside. Was very pleased that it wasn't greasy because the grease and drippings ended up in the bottom tray instead of settling in the meat. Mostly enjoyed the tenderness of the cooked meat. Oven didn't dry the meat out and make it tough.

I use this item 3 to 5 times a week. Due to many people living here ( 8 ) and the hours we are here, it makes it easy to cook while doing other things and not having to worry about watching the food. Other than turning it over half way thru, it is the easiest and fastest way to cook, frozen or thawed food.

We have used this oven for meals and for baking
cookies and muffins.
It went togather easy and doesn't take up much
room on the counter.
It would be a lot better if you would make it
a little wider so you could cook larger portions.

My only disappointment with the cooking is it doesn't do well with frozen pizza. Crust doesn't cook well, soggy.

The cooking times in the cookbook are a bit conservative, I've had to cook things a little longer than the times given
