Since I bought the NuWave Oven for my husband for Christmas. The whole family have been eating healthier than ever. I would recommend this to all my friends. The only problem is the rack is not stainless steel and should be the stick free.

This product didn't do what it was advertised to do. It took longer to cook fresh meat than a regular oven and we didn't even try the frozen food after our first two experiences with it.

We returned it for a full refund.

Service & Delivery comments:

The order was made 12/26/08 and we didn't recieve it until the middle of January.

Customer service was very good about honoring the warranty and sending us an RMA to return it.

I just received this product and it does exactly as it said it would! I have used a recipes from the cookbook that came with it. This will change the way I cook, no doubt. The only suggestion I have is to provide more directions for its uses. I feel this has great potential for so much more than is described, but it will take a while to learn it all. For example, more variety in the recipe books, or a DVD with additional support and ideas.

I LIKE THE WAY IT COOKS AND DEFROSTS FROZEN FOODS. I want the people in the infomercial to come and cook with this thing in my house, I tried to cook different things and nothing cooked right, not even close to the time they say on the recipe book. I just saw the heating element turn on at the start and after that never seen it turn on again so it never browned anything and it took about 45 minutes to do some pork chops that where partially cooked.

It took longer to fix a whole chicken than the receipt book say it would. The topping on the apple crisp burn and the apples were dry and I followed the instructions closely. I really don't see that I have any use for it. It just doesn't do what they show on the TV. I would like for you to contact me so we can make arrangements to return this oven. Thank you

I've been enjoying my nu-wave oven, though sometimes it's been trial and error on my part, like for instance, yesterday i was trying to cook a turkey, using the extender ring. i was using the 1 inch rack, and it just wasn't cooking. my husband thought we should use the 2 inch rack, so we switched, and right away it started cooking like it was supposed to. Thank goodness, He saved the day. thanks to him, the turkey got cooked and only about a half hour later than expected. I was getting a little stressed. My Mom said that the turkey was the best she ever had. i've found it makes the best baked potatoes and roasted potatoes too. it's just knowing which rack to use, to get the food the right distance from the heating element. but, i'm still learning.

I used the Nuwave to cook a 8.5 lb Butterball fresh turkey. Cooked for 2 hours - had to cover skin to keep from burning. Internal temperature never got above 155 for stuffing or meat. White meat was dry, dark meat (thigh) was not cooked - pink. A huge disappointment, as I had read so many rave reviews. Am wondering if unit is faulty, since I cooked for longer than the specified time and the turkey still was not done.

my 2nd unit this 1 is an upgrade.

I am single, and also a very busy coach.
I am always on the go, eating right is essential.
On the weekends I have friends over and we make great dinners together. The oven pro just made my friends go ahhhh! In two weeks I have used it almost daily. I am slowly becoming spoiled by its easy use its results and easy cleaning. That does say allot right there! I have already recommended

First thing I did was bake some sweet potatoes, came out best I ever had. Then a whole chicken, which was taken apart for other small meals, very moist when cooked, a nice plus. Then I made some extra baked potatoes which I used for making baked potato soup----delicious. I am so using it every day. Had a short in my real oven, so I just cut it off at the circuit. My new little oven does a great job. Even breakfast. Little pizzas had problems...the pepperoni blows off, had to secure with toothpicks. Rolls come out good. Loving this thing.

My huband is the cook, the chicken came out great, but the Roast he cooked it too long, but practice makes perfect. He loves this, he cooked vegetables and they came out great. My daughter loves this machine and after Christmas she will be buying one.

It's great for warming up taco shells, immediate response. My meats are juicy and well flavored even if I didn't marinade them. I haven't had a chance to do the things I want to yet.

I cooked a 15-pound turkey in it, and had to cut the butt of the bird off to fit it in. I would not cook such a big bird in it again, though they advertise you can. Also, it browns the bird too quickly and then starts to burn it, and it is hard to cover it because the fan lifts up the foil to the top. But overall I am very happy with it. It is great not to have to pre-heat it.
