I can find no faults with this toaster,(I've bought 5 toasters over the last 5 years, one for $99) I was disappointed in all of them! finally I am satisfied, and my wife is very relieved.

This is a great toaster. I love the fact that if the bread is to short it has a lever that graduates up until you can reach the bread. I like the fact that you can toast just the cut part of the bagel. I have yet to use the warming tray but that looks like another great option. The styling is nice. Cleaning it is easy. I ordered this without my husband seeing it and he is very picky about how things look in the kitchen and he loves it to.
