So much to do, so little time...

Pros:

Easy to clean, Fast setup, Fun to use, Reduces prep time

Cons:

Could use a larger hopper

Best Uses:

Cabbage shredder, Cheese shredder, Cheese slicer, Homemade pasta, MEAT GRINDER, Very nice accessory

When the package arrived I was excited to try it out. Since I can't do everything all at once, I had to try different attachments at different times. First off was the slicing blade for shredding cabbage. I quartered a head of cabbage and shredded it in less than 2 minutes. Awsome and quick coleslaw. Next we tried the pasta attahcment to the food grinder. It worked very well. I would like to see metal dies for the pasta maker because I use a knife across the face to cut the pasta to length and it is scratching the face of the pasta die. Then I used it to slice and shred cheese for pizza. Awesome....I will never hand shred cheese again. This was so fast is should have a speed limit posted on it. WOW. 5 lbs of chees shredded in less than 3 minutes...and no scraped fingers or knuckles.

Product is great for grinding up meats for hamburgers, sausage. Cutting up potatoes and veggies is simple and fast.
