Comments about Hamilton Beach Carve-n-Set Electric Knife with Case:

The trigger of this knife requires the user to pull back on a rather stiff switch. As a result, the user's hand and forearm quickly become tired and painful from the effort required to operate the switch. My previous electric knife required the user to squeeze the switch, which required little effort and was sustainable for even large carving jobs. I cannot recommend this Hamilton Beach electric knife under any circumstances. Do not buy this knife!
