I ordered the Griddler for my mother to make Paninis (she was lamenting the fact that after 50+ years, she was running out of interesting things to make my dad for dinner). While it was on its way to her, she unexpectedly underwent quadruple bypass surgery. Now, during her recovery, my sisters are taking shifts cooking for her. It has been the focal point of almost every meal for the last 3 weeks. Pancakes for breakfast, panini for lunch and grilled meat for dinner. SO easy to clean! One sister has instructed me to order one for her to use in her small NYC apartment. We love it!

The product works very well. Although on larger food items you need to adjust the top by hand to come down flat on the food item. The Top is very hot and there is no handle to do this.
