We had to purchase a special rubber non skip pad so that the juicer would not "walk" all over the counter when we used it. The spout is so short that it almost does not go into the Pyrex glass measuring cup we use. When the flow of juice gets very low the surface tension caused the juice to run back up the bottom of the spout and not make it into the measuring cup.

This is the first juicer we have kept. I brought home two others that did not work to our satisfaction. It filters the pulp very well, comes apart easily for cleaning and has a small footprint on our counter.
