Comments about Cuisinart Pure Indulgence 2 Qt Frozen Yogurt-Sorbet and Ice Cream Maker:

The basic recipe is so adapable.....experiment with it and you will be surprised , you will get good results every time.
The ice cream is soft on the day of making....so I just make it the day before. After it has been in the freezer for 24 hours ...it is perfect.
I wish that it was a 3 quart capacity
machine....... we eat it too quickly!!!
