Comments about Chefs Choice Premium #620 Electric Food Slicer:
The first couple of slices (8-10) were a little tough to cut so we began to worry. It must of just needed to be "broken in" because it sliced two roasts and a pork loin beautifully for us over the holiday! 2.5 was a great setting for thin slices! DELICIOUS! Stores nicely but wish it was a little more compact. All-in-all good product for the money!
