The ikon Hemisphere Blender features the Bowl/Blade System that was designed to process a variety of kitchen tasks, from crushing ice to purees. The stainless steel base adds an elegant touch to any kitchen.

Product Features

Control Pad - The pad is designed without crevices for easy cleaning and gives you precise control over the 610 watt motor's 5 speed settings (mix, chop, blend, liquefy and puree) and pulse function.
100% Blending - The Hemisphere Bowl/Blade System utilizes a large, semicircular shredding blade positioned to hug the uniquely shaped bowl. The consistent clearance between the blades and the bowl shreds ingredients into fine, consistent particles.
Jar - The 54 ounce (1.6 liter) engineering grade borosilicate glass jar is designed for optimal clarity and to resist scratching, chipping and fogginess. The dual tone, baked enamel measurements in both metric and empirical volumes provide for sharp viewing and accurate measurement.
Easy to clean - The jar features 1/4 turn blade removal for thorough and effortless cleaning of the jar and Hemisphere™ Bowl/Blade System. All jar and blade parts are dishwasher safe. The Bowl/Blade System easily locks into place and seals for leak-free performance.

We have tried all the brands like Kitchen Aid, Black & Decker, etc but this blender is in another category. My only complaint is that it may be a bit noisy, but the smoothness and consistency of drinks is amazing. It is very fast due to its powerful motor.

I love tools for the kitchen and like to buy quality. I cook a lot for my family and do some catering on the side, so my things get a good work out. This blender is the mother of all blenders. I love how it evenly blends. The blade design is awesome. The base is sturdy and cleans up easily. The pitcher is heavy-duty and pours from the spout as it should. It operates quietly. I have had Kitchenaid and Cuisinart blenders. This is far superior. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
