I bought my Delonghi as an alternative to the somewhat dangerous-looking baseboard heaters that are in my apartment, and it does an admirable job of heating up the place. I don't know that it would necessarily work well for extremely large rooms or drafty areas, but for my purposes it works great! It's almost too much heat for my tiny little bathroom - 15 minutes is enough to heat it up enough for me to take a shower without freezing to death.

This heater won't shut off if it gets hot. I really like it's mobility and the timer feature. I use it for the bedroom and it heats well, though it takes a little time to heat up the area.
I Like it enough to buy another one, and I did!
I also own a Delonghi convection oven and use it for everything!

So far this has proven to be a nice addition to the living room - to heat the immediate area. Too early to tell if it will reduce overall costs yet.

In the morning hours from 7:00 am till late afternoon. The timer are just what we need. And we have three Delonghi oil filled radiadors, and not sorry we have them. If your thinging about purchasing one or more, you wont be sorry you did.

I can only say that I am very pleased with delongi heaters. I have a cat and I like the safety covers on this model. It helps to disapate the heat.

I said I'd buy another one, and I did!

As I said before, you need 2 for a large area (living-dining combo, etc.), but 1 is perfect for either/or, or a bedroom. Does suck some juice on higher settings, but that's the price you pay on frigid days. Just bought my 3rd, as a gift for my Brother-in-law. This site has the best price anywhere for this unit.

Not sorry we have them they are great

During the day 2 save on oil, had older typ Delonghi radiators, sorry we gave them away. But the new ones are great, and easy to use. Think we will send for one more.

Very high quality product, and safe too. Fine for bedroom-size rooms, but need 2 for living / dining-room combos, at least in frigid temps. Does suck some electricity, but I expected that, and there's really no space heater that doesn't. I recommend this for anyone, and I plan to buy another in the future.
