This range fits beautifully in my new kitchen and is a real conversation piece. I love the five burners and all the space between each one. The oven has lots of room, I had a large roasting pan, a cookie sheet, and a jelly roll pan in it, all at the same time. I am still figuring out each of the oven functions but I am certainly thrilled to have so many options.
A friend gave a great tip - we put furniture slides on the bottom of each leg and can now easily move the range in and out of it's space as needed. Protects the floor, too!
Bottom line - I love this range!
Shipping and delivery was a snap. Arrived when it was promised and was cheerfully delivered right to my garage. My husband and I were able to move it into the house ourselves so it's not too heavy.

I really LOVE cooking/baking with this range! It really gives our kitchen a nice look, too! However, there is one minor thing, more of an annoyance. The calibration in the digital clock is way off. It changes minutes about once for every two true minutes, if that makes sense. For example, I set the time on the clock at 9:17pm, and by the time I went to bed at 11pm (real time), the clock on the range read only 10:04pm. I'm not sure if this is a common problem since I read tons of reviews before purchasing, and never had seen this problem mentioned. I have yet to contact the company to ask what they can do about this...

For the money this is the best value. My neighbor is the dean of a large Florida Industrial Arts/Hotel Management Program. He was astonished at what we got for the money v/s those high end Vikings, GE, Dacor, Kitchen Aid, 36 inch duel fuels. The styling is great too. This is my third large item purchase from this internet company over the years and I have never had a problem. There is also no sales tax which saves money. I still can not find a local to match them.
Very fast delivery, No damage. Ask if it is in stock when you order. I have never had a problem.

Most of my pros are above. It's one of the least expensive 36" wide units, yet has great style and performance. Another plus for me was the absence of a exhaust riser at the back of the unit which give as cleaner look.My biggest gripe is the unit comes covered in thick plastic film which was put on the stainless steel panels before the unit was assembled, so the only way to get the stuff all off is to take off all the panels - no easy task. Worse, a few panels are riveted on - they can be taken off - so you have to dig the plastic out of the cracks with a thin knife balde.Other cons - the bottom tip out door is rather flimsily made, especially the hinges, which where bent. (The rest of the unit is solid). Also, when you turn the gas to a burner all the way down, the flame often goes out.

We looked at every 36" gas stove/oven on the market and this was by far the best bargain for the quality. It is just as nice as the ones costing two to three times as much.
