arrived with no battery life

Arrived in 3 weeks which is longer than it should take and when it finally arrived it was not working (it seemed as if the battery was weak). This was over 2 weeks ago and i am still waiting for a replacement!!!!

This is the best scale a person could buy - 100% efficient in every respect... it has aided my efficiency in the kitchen tremendously. I did my research first before buying, and this scale has delivered 100%.
