LOVE this knife!

Pros:

Durable, Good Value, High Quality

Cons:

Handle-slippery when wet

Best Uses:

Good 4 spreading fillings, Slices bread neatly

I've got several of the knives in this product line and I love them all...I just wish the handles had non-slip grips for wet hands.
