Comments about Cuisinart Electric Knife:

I purchased this knife for my wife since she gets tendinitis rather easily. The first words out of her mouth was how comfortable the design was, then how easily it cut through the roast and steaks with little to know pressure. Haven't had long so I can't comment on the durability, but so far it's seems very sturdy
