I purchased this item a few months ago, and after a few days it broke (wouldn't turn on). The exchange with [...]was a painful experience, but I did receive a replacement in about a month and it works.

My parents in Germany have the same watter kettel. I didn't think I could buy it here, but when I was looking for one to buy for a friend i found it and needles to say I bought two. It is very fast it boiles water in seconds and it looks great.
The price is also great.
