So easy to use and clean. I wipe/rinse a few easily removable parts about every 2-3 weeks. I was never a coffee drinker until I bought this machine for my wife, now I'm the primary user. Coffee strength can be customized to perfection based on your taste. Once set, two button presses has the machine on and warming and then grinding/brewing a perfect cup or shot if you prefer.
Cons are that it is a bit noisy, mostly the grinding operation, but it lasts only a few seconds per cup. Also the sensors are pretty sensitive, when you remove the innards for cleaning, once replaced the machine usually will not turn on right away. You must jiggle and reseat some of the components repeatedly until the machine is satisfied that everything is properly aligned. Initially I would get frustrated because I would never know what was wrong or what would eventually fix it. I've since learned there isn't much rhyme or reason, just jiggle the door and/or used coffee grounds receptacle until things power back on. Overall it isn't that bad and like I mentioned it's only every few weeks.
