We have owned this over a year now, and if it ever died, I would buy another. Keeps coffee hot quite a while. The only "con" might be the height of the coffee maker, but it's not problem I have. [...]

Just used it for the first time today. Seemed to make good strong coffee. I don't know how long it will keep coffee hot though, a important thing for me that coffee is hot!

I have only had it for about a month but it seems to be well made and the coffee tastes good. No issues whatsoever so far.
