    Comments about Krups XP 4050 Espresso Machine:

    Consumer Reports got this one wrong. Read the reviews on [...]. As I speak my Krups is in for replacement/repairs. I was told 3 week turnaround time. Won't brew, sends water straight to drip pan, lights blinking like neon sign. Same complaints as many many others. Read and BEWARE of the machine. I strongly recommend not buying this one.

    I have had 2 Starbucks machines over a 210 year period. I thought I'd try Krups- this is the 2nd machine I've ordered which was defective. I wouldn't order it. Consumer report was way off-base on rating this as one of the better machines.
