Bought it for my husband but have found out that I use it much more than him. It is more than just a coffee machine, because of the speed of the way it heats water it is great for cup a soup, tea bays by just running plain water through it. They also make K-cups for some of the best teas you'll ever taste. Try it and you will have to have one.

My husband is the everyday coffee drinker, I don't drink coffee. This machine has been great for us because we don't need to make a whole pot, just a cup for my husband in the morning before he leaves for work. It's very clean and I don't have to measure out the water or coffee. It came with a great sampler pack so you can try out the different kinds. Also, it's great at quickly heating water for a cup of hot cocoa for me!

At the touch of a button, I can have a fresh cup of coffee anytime in about a minute. No filters, coffee grounds or pot to clean. Machine is virtually maintenance free except for an occasional wipe to remove a water spot or two. I also use it for heating water. It takes less time than in the microwave and the temperature is more controlled than a microwave. It is a good looking appliance which actually dresses up the countertop.

I had my doubts - but what an awesome thing - so easy and fast to use! EASY to NO CLEAN UP with the PODS. No thrown away coffee - or wasted coffee you didn't have to make.

I STRONGLY ADVISE getting the K-Cup 5048 to use your own ground coffee - just pops in - and save the actual pods for treat occasions!
