Product Features

Special gear reduction for slow rotation insures extremely low static and minimized heat in the beans, to preserve the flavor.
An upgraded 240 watt DC motor that results in cool, quiet operation and permits long grinding duty-cycles
Conical burr grinder that is exceptional at producing consistent grinds from very fine to very coarse
The upgraded Maestro has 40 steps of adjustment
The Maestro is equipped with a uniquely designed On/Off switch. You may rotate the switch clockwise or counter clockwise from any position without damaging it.
Almost airtight seal that prevents coffee dust from escaping while you are grinding coffee beans at a fine setting

Excellent very consistent fine grind without heating the coffee grind. Also very easy to clean as the mill pops out for cleaning and comes with a small bristle brush. It was recommended by our local coffee roastery. I went on his recommendation after being disappointed with another cheaper model. We make Aeropress and drip coffee and it makes coffee smooth as silk. [...]

For an appliance that has a price tag of over [$], it didn't last very long. After about a year of use and with no warming, the thing just up and died. Not worth the money.
