The coffee does taste better but there were no "sample" filters to get started with; the required filters cost more too. I wish the water reservoir door opened to the back. What I disliked most was wondering how to clean it; my hand does not fit into the carafe. Guess I will have to buy some sort of brush that will get down into the pot.

THe only comemnt is that I cannot believe that PRESTO CO did not provide at least a few cheap coffee paper filters; plus, now a days you usually get a gold or cloth "permanent" Coffee Filter. No Permanent nor NOT ANY KIND OF FILERS I WENT TO MAKE COFFEE - OOOOPPPPSSS - HAD TO USE TOILET TISSUE - THEY SHOULD BE 'ASHAMED' OF THEMSELVES - I WAS HOT TO TROT FOR MY MORNING COFFEE - OOOOOOOOOPPPPPPPPPSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!
