While living in England my husband & I fell in LOVE with Sticky Toffee Pudding, a very traditional English dessert. Now back in the states my mom sent us this box mix and hoped it would be good. It was GREAT! Though not as fabulous as the homemade version our landlord in England use to make it certainly is a close second! I plan to always have a box in my cabinet for dinner parties. One suggestion-make a custard sauce to use in addition to the sweet toffee butter sauce provided in the box. The custard sauce adds a more traditional English topping.
