The AOSafety STOW-A-WAY earmuffs are as good as any I have ever used. There might be high dollar, big and clunky ones that keep out a little more noice (or maybe not too). But unless you are running a jackhammer all day, these are simple great. They are extremely comfortable and the fact that they fold up into something not much larger than a large grapefruit, wow: that is convenient. They are easy to keep in a tool box, glove box, duffel bag, coat pocket, or any other place where a typical set of earmuff style hearing protection would either not fit or be awkward. And, they will fit any one. They are adjustable enough to fit the head of a large man or a small child. My 2 year old wears them when we are in loud environments. They are as comfortable on him as they are on me. I would not buy any other head set. As a matter of fact, I am on this site looking to buy three more sets. One for me (to replace the one my 2 year old has claimed as his own), one for my 5 years old and one as a gift for my father to keep on his lawm more (will store in the cup holder when not in use).
