I like it because is is not bulky and does not take alot of space in a small area ,unlike other products.

This is the second one I've purchased. I like having hose reel mounted to side of house, off the ground. It eases mowing the lawn. Texas sun eventually 'ruined' the first SWA100. Hose reel has warped this recently purchased SWA100.

Much Better than the other brands.

When we moved I purchased another brand of hose reel. After using it only a few times, I went decided to replace it with the Suncast brand. It is much better quality.
