Worked fine for two Alaskan summers (used once/week for 16 weeks). Completely broke apart around use #45 during summer #3 (2007).

It's probably fine if you don't put a lot of hose on it (less than 100'), but if you use more hose than that, this thing is a piece of garbage.

Having had serveral stationary hose reels that did not last, I thought I would give this a try as it was steel and had real tires. It's mostly plastic and the wheels add so much instability that reeling in hose is very difficult. I do not recommend this product.
