This hose reel is exactly what was promised. Very heavy duty, attractive, easy to reel in. After having two other hose reels break shortly after purchase, this is a big plus. The only complaint I would have is that if, while pulling the hose out, you are off to the side, it does not roll out easily, but I don't know that any reels really do.

Finally, a hose reel that will last longer than the five years most plastic reels survive. When they say it is heavy, they mean it! Hope it doesn't pull the wall down!
