This little gadget is very handy for so many small projects. It's accurate, and simple to use. Setting up shelves, or closet organizers, or wall paper hanging is made fast and easy.
I use it often.

This purchase forced me to waste time completing this survey. But, if you must know, the tripod mount is too deep (more than 1/4") so I had to add a short threaded rod and coupling in order to use my tripod. It works, but, if should fit on a tripod dirrectly.
