It might be too small for some people, is a bit noisy but what compressor isn't? The air disappears when turned off and cycles fairly often when left on.

Comments about Campbell Hausfeld 2 Gallon Single Stage Oilless Hand Held Tank Mounted Air Compressor - FP2048:

This compressor is insufficient for almost everything I tried. The tank empties quickly and fills slowly. I made a mistake by buying it, very disappointed. Can't even use it as a dust blower because it empties so fast -- even when I bought a very small needle nozzle.
