Comments about Weber Genesis E-320 Gas Grill with Side Burner - Liquid Propane - 375:
This is one sweet grill. I particularly like all the stainless inside. The plated cast iron rusts out over a few years. I'm anticipating a long relationship with the EP320 as I moved out a 15 year old basic Weber that was still operational to make room for this. To Jane of CA, Go to Home Depot and look at a brick. That's what brick red is.

Comments about Weber Genesis E-320 Gas Grill with Side Burner - Liquid Propane - 375:
I searched for this grill in red because our patio has a nautical red theme. I found this 'brick red' version and the image on the web looks pretty red. But when it arrived, though the package confirms 'brick red' it is actually a kind of sierra brown -- not even remotely red. I'm sure it's a great grill but I'm disappointed in the color as it doesn't match either the name or web image and isn't 'red' by anyone's definition. Bad naming on Weber's part. Especially since their blue version of this grill looks really nice and BLUE.
Comments about Weber Genesis E-320 Gas Grill with Side Burner - Liquid Propane - 375:
I use the grill about 4x per wk. Be sure to turn on per instructions. If you try to fire it up with all burners on, you'll get a weak flame that never stays lit. I let the pressure build for a few seconds, then open the front valve and it starts up great. I could have bought grills with many more features for less, but after having my Weber Genesis Silver for 10 years, I'm a believer in their product. Parts are readily available. My friend had a Genesis and the frame completely rusted apart, like mine, and he called Weber and they sent him a new frame for free. I'm glad I didn't know that before I got this one! I needed more cooking area.

Assembly didn't take long and was straight forward; our 17 year old put it together in about 90 minutes. The grill is solid and heavy which is a direct reflection of its quality; it will require two people to remove the large parts from the packaging and onto a deck. The entire family agrees, whatever we have grilled - burgers, chicken, steaks - everything grills perfectly. This grill is the way to go; you won't believe the difference!
Our grill arrived incredibly fast. The box was in solid condition with no visible marks or dents from shipping. Delivery company was easy to work with in scheduling a convenient delivery time.

Comments about Weber Genesis E-320 Gas Grill with Side Burner - Liquid Propane - 375:
While this product is new to us, it obviously is a quality piece of "work" and will be an important part of our food preparation.
While it came un-assembled and was extremely heavy, that was no deterent for our enthusiasm for this product.

Comments about Weber Genesis E-320 Gas Grill with Side Burner - Liquid Propane - 375:
We use the grill once per week. The quality of construction is outstanding compared to other grills I have owned. We enjoy cooking out often and this grill is designed for heavy usage.Assembly was not easy or quick, and I had to get a replacement part. Weber customer service was excellent.
Delivery was timely and curteous. Product arrived in good condition (almost too much protective packaging!). Had one wrong part but Weber customer service was outstanding and quick.

Comments about Weber Genesis E-320 Gas Grill with Side Burner - Liquid Propane - 375:
Pros: Nice looking, easy to assemble instructions (although it took time), and grills great. The latest model accomodates a optional rotiserie; I didn't buy it last year because it didn't do that.
Con: Checking for gas leaks before using is a good caution, but design specs should be tighter so dangerous leaks are much less likely on initial assembly. ... Think of the injuries ... or think of the suits.
Overall, a great grill. My family enjoyed it and my sister-in-law told my brother to get one for their house.
