We are using the product for a prize sweepstakes. It's great looking grill and we have received a lot of compliments with it being displayed in the window.

Service & Delivery comments:

The product arrived in good condition. Since I made a mistake and entered the order twice, I called to see about cancelling one order. To my surprise, they had a process in place to identify duplicate orders. The cancellation was taken care of immediately with no headaches. Some of the best customer service in a long time!!!!

Used the Rotisserie the first time out on this grill, It worked great, but I going to have to get use to the burners before I try it again/
