I purchased the Crown 20 Natural Gas Grill Model # 94628 a few months ago. I noticed that one of the handles (the left side as you look at the grill) that lifts the grill cover has melted and the screw will not seat correctly making that handle completely ineffective. The handle on the right side of the grill cover seems to be OK because I do not use that side as often. The handles are made out of plastic with a screw fastened in the middle of handle that extends into the grill and the nut is tightened there. Apparantly the bolt conducts heat from the grill and melts the inside of the handle. As of the date of this review I have contacted the company twice for a replacement handle but have not received even a reply to my emails.Based upon this lack of customer service I cannot recommend this grill to anyone.

Great design, excellent for open porch/patio/deck. Does not take up alot of space, shelves are removable. Heavy duty constuction. Make sure you purchase the patio stand, it finishes the look and stablizes the grill. Overall - great buy!PS the only thing that does not come with the gas grill, is the line from gas source to grill. I don't believe that was mentioned in the write up. [$] took a few local phone calls to find exactly what I needed. Bit of a pain, but got er done.

WOW! This is a nice grill. It is post mounted, natural gas, so we can use it anytime, in any season including winter, and we will! Looks good and functions well, although our last grill had briquets, and this has the "Flav-R=Wave" technology, which in the long run may be a good thing.

[...]Grill cooks perfectly and makes for great presentation. 50,000 BTU makes for a hot grill. No need to cook on high. The cast iron grates take a bit of getting use to with food sometimes sticking but the grill cook book included sugested not burning off food after cooking but 10 minutes before you cook....brushing the grates with olive oil does help. I wish I would of bought the optional post if I could change anything, it would help to make sturdier.
