Nothing cooks like cast iron. If you want to bake anything that fits on a flat surface this pizza pan is the ticket! It's not just for pizza-- bake cookies, sausage balls or you name it for the best cooked and tasting food available. If I can use cast iron to cook it, that will always be my choice! It may be heavier than those other flimsy pans, but GET OVER IT! Go for TASTE!
