I use this to automatically turn on/off my outdoor Christmas lights. I set the timer for 6 hours and the lights turn off around 11pm.

These are perfect for our outdoor lighting system, allowing us to keep the power on, and they just do the rest. Much better than any pin timer on the market.

I use it outside, in the rain, cold, etc. And it's been working fine for 3 weeks, no problems. And it was not near as expensive as I thought it would be [...], so this product is well worth it.

Goes on at dusk, off 2, 6, 6, 8 hours later or at dawn. I have it pluged into a switched outlet. Turning the power off and back on restarts the timer, which works well for me.
