Meet expectations, quiet, and much more modern than the "twist" mechanical timers. Easy to use--- kids 5, 8, 11 all figured it out without instruction.

My original building contractor asked where I had got it....

We live in a cold climate, so a fan running for hours means high heat loss and lots of $$.
