I have owned this faucet for less than 2 years, and since installing it, it has leaked water from the top of the control body (from under the handle)when the water is turned on. I have been sent 4 new cartridges to install, along with a brand new control body and the leakage still persists. Why spend this much money for a facet that leaks, and then have to buy another one?

We installed this faucet 1 year ago in a brand new home. Started leaking from the handle. [...]We are about to replace it with another product. Very disappointing!

I loved the design and the heavy construction of the pieces but can not find repair parts and no one seems able to provide repair support for these faucets.

Same probem as review above ... great style, functional for double sink. Only problem, 2yrs and now leaking.

Replacement cartridges not easily found [...]

If it's the cartridge and i can find replacement, then it's a breeze to unscrew the assembly, remove/replace.

I love this product because it is elegant, sturdy, functional but after only two years the On/Off control handle is already leaking down into the sink and I have no idea how to fix it.
