It sprung a leak from inside the unit and totally stopped producing hot water, only cold water in the cabinet under the sink when the lever was pushed on the counter top. 16 months... beyond 12 month guarantee!!!

Not a plumber but very easy to install. Dripped at first but FAQ indicated temp was too high
