Comments about T-Fal Banquet Non-Stick 8-Piece Set (Grey):
I've had T-fal pots and pans for the last 10 years. I had to get this new set because my others were wearing out. AFter several years, the bottom of some of my pots began loosing their coating. My old pans did not have a smooth finish, but a pattern, which is why the coating probably got worn with so much use. These new pans are smooth on the bottom, so they should last forever, just like my skillets. I knew I wanted the same thing again. Have been very happy with T-Fal. I like the color, I like the smoothness of the inside of the pans. I like the finish on the outside surface. I like the shape. I like the lids too, especially how you can let steam escape to varying degrees. I haven't had the heat indicator before on my other pans and I haven't got to test these new ones out yet with it but it's a good idea. If it works, that's great. If not, they are still a great set.
