Covered Dutch Oven Loop handle 5qt.

The Dutch oven is the original slow cooker that dates back over two centuries. Lodge Dutch ovens were garnered a "Best Buy" by Cook's Illustrated magazine. All of the Dutch ovens come with cast iron lids. Lodge offers two types of Dutch ovens that consist of a loop handle or a bail handle. The loop handle will assist more in removal from the oven. Logic seasoned and ready to use.

the pot is on the heavy side but if you want a good chili or stew it must be cooked in a heavy pot for an extended period of time.

it would be nice if the pot was decorative enough be put on the table
