The carpet is very pretty for the price. It is slightly lighter than how it appears in the picture. Also, in person the rug obviously synthetic compared to another synthetic rug I own where you cannot tell at all. It took 2 weeks for the edge to finally settle, I put heavy weights on the edge and that may have helped.
