Product description should have mentioned that holes would need to be drilled in door to accommadate the two additional mounting/securing pins since knocker is very heavy.

The product is of excellent quality, it works well and feels great in use. My only complaint is that it doesn't match the finish of my existing, six year-old, Baldwin door set. Perhaps this is due to variances in color on web images and maybe it just needs the tempering of a few years of weather.
