    We had a Jet Set II installed in 2004 as a shower unit in our guest bath. It is very attractive but challenging to install. Since it is a guest bath, it has been used only about a dozen times. When we came back from vacation in 2007 I found parts of the handheld showerhead on the floor of the unit. An internal plastic part had simply failed and the head popped off, broken. [...]
