Product is very expensive for what amounts to a piece of plastic. Original wore out prematurely because of what I believe is poor design. It's malfunction caused the handheld shower to fall to the ground and crack.
Service & Delivery comments:
Product took a long time to arrive. It came in excellent condition. Did not have to use customer service.
