We purchased two of these faucets for the same bathroom. The first one installed smoothly. After removing our second old faucet, we found a part was missing and had to wait a couple of weeks to get the replacement. The faucets are beautiful. Water spots wipe off easily. The pop-up drain is very easy to operate. My dad always said to buy American Standard faucets. Our old faucets just turned 30. It's nice to see that that A.S. still has such great quality!
